Finale per Luca

Dopo la sfortuna dei 200 che lo ha visto fuori dalla finale A per un decimo, Luca si è rifatto nei suoi 110hs, raggiungendo la finale grazie al 14.73 e al secondo posto nella sua batteria. Fra qualche ora avremo la finale.

Intanto Nicole con una bella gara riesce ad abbattere il muro dei 5', arrivando terza nella sua batteria, vinta dall' amica/rivale Alice Zenari. Il tempo finale di Nicole è di 4.56.64, un bel miglioramento di oltre 5 secondi dal suo precedente PB.

Miglior piazzamento dei nostri atleti per luca Rensi, che riesce a strappare una quinta posizione. Non sensazionale il tempo finale di 15.16, ma poco importa, perchè è comunque ottimo il quinto posto finale.

Si conclude senza medaglie la spedizione della nostra società a Milano, ma con un quinto posto e un decimo di Luca, un' ottima esperienza per Nicole e Denise, al primo anno di categoria, oltre al PB per entrambe, ed una Veronica un pò sottotono, ma che aspettiamo in ripresa nel finale di stagione e il prossimo anno nella categoria Junior.

I actually got to watch live this week (well, prevuoisly recorded because I live in the same time zone as you and we don't get the true live show) but something about the recording or the broadcast had the sound screwy. Everything sounded bad including just speaking voices. I'll have to download to actually hear if they sounded good or not. But I thought it was Canadian Stars night. I was fully expecting Melanie to do a Celine Dion song to round it out but then we got R Kelly instead. Two awesome Canadian women and an American pedophiliac watersports fan. One of these singers is not like the others. ;-)
