Sara e Laura reginette alla gara indoor

Tre bronzi e altre buone prestazioni

Un bravo a tutti i nostri ragazzi impegnati nella gara indoor, i quali hanno dato il massimo e sono riusciti ad ottenere ottimi tempi e misure. Partiamo dalla più piccola, Sara, che al primo anno di categoria pttiene due terzi posti, sui 50 ostacoli col tempo di 10.01 e sul salto in lungo con 3.38. Altra medaglia è stata conquistata da Laura che si aggiudica il terzo posto nei 60 piani in finale, anche se in batteria deteneva il migliore tempo, ha poi ottenuto l'11mo posto nel salto in lungo a suon di personale, 3.82 la misura. Tra i maschietti quarto posto per Chicco sui 50hs in 9.38, ad un soffio dal podio, e con 3.62 si aggiudica il settimo posto nel lungo. sempre tra gli esordienti, primo approccio con le piste per Paolo che arriva 17mo nel lungo con 2.78 e fa una grande gara sui 50 piani, terzo in batteria e 14mo assoluto con 9.20. Luca tra i ragazzi è 11mo nei 60 con 9.81 e nel lungo salta 3.83 che gli vale l'ottava piazza. Silvia è 13ma nei 60HS con 12.43 e 16ma nel lungo col personale di 3.45, giornata No nel lungo per Lia ma si è riscattata con un ottimo 9.60 nei 60 che le danno l'11ma posizione. Le altre atlete in gara erano Stefania (prima gara in assoluto per lei) che giunge 27 nei 60 col tempo di 11.33 e Veronica che è 21ma nel lungo con 3.30 e 12ma nei 60 con 9.66.

Il presidente e gli allenatori sono più che soddisfatti della trasferta valsuganotta e vi aspettano nel fango di Villalagarina domenica 31.

I feel I ought to reply to this. I am investigating this ruumor, together with the management committee, including being in contact with Councillor David Smith. I want to assure all members of the bowling club that as of yet I have been unable to find any truth in this ruumor. . Just to put the record straight, Marion Naish is not and never has been a bowling member of Saltdean bowling club. Her husband, Sid, joined in 2010, and before that was a member of Mackie Club in Patcham, so why she states she has been a member for some years I do not know. I have not been contacted by Marion or Sid Naish even though you would think they would contact the secretary

Mark, I hope you have a excellent visit. August is the best month to go in my oioipnn. I went back in August 1991 with my mother Mary and her good friend Helen. What a blast!
